Please note that for hygiene reasons, brushes that have been used or washed cannot be accepted for return.

Carefully place the unused brushes in their original protective sleeves and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all original documentation is included.
Shipping and Tracking
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a traceable carrier to our distribution center, keeping your tracking number for reference until the return is processed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items to confirm their original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
